how often is content updated?

Every month we update new done-for-you professionally designed social content templates for the entire month editable in Canva with ideas, images, and hashtags.

All social content templates are editable using Canva. Social posts include professionally written content with caption ideas, images, and hashtags. You can edit the content templates so you can easily match your personal or company brand colors.

CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN IMAGES?

Yes, our social media auto-posting software allows you to edit the social templates we provide or easily upload your own images.

What if another real estate agent or lender in my market is also a member?

Your sphere on social does not follow the real estate agents & lenders that you do.

In addition, all of the social templates & content is fully customizable.

We encourage members to make it their own by using our integrated Canva tool. We make it extremely easy to change text, brand colors, logos, and personal photos to the social templates and print materials we provide.

refund policy

There are NO REFUNDS due to the nature of our digital product.

We do not offer credits or prorated billing for monthly memberships that are canceled mid-cycle. If this does occur, you will have access to your member portal until the end of your billing cycle.

Is there a contract or commitment?

There are no contracts or commitments. You can unsubscribe from your membership at any time. If you cancel your membership, be sure you cancel before the start of your next billing cycle to ensure you will not be charged for an additional month.

can I share my agent social connect membership?

No, our policy is one membership per person, no teams, and no personal assistants sharing your memberships for their own personal use.

Our membership is an individual account for one member and therefore only one login per person is issued with each membership.

You may not use our content for other people, other businesses, or other accounts and social media platforms. We track membership account I.P. addresses if we are notified of any members sharing their login information or using the content with multiple users those members will have their membership accounts terminated.

How many social media accounts can I connect?

You have the choice of connecting your Facebook Page, Instagram Page, LinkedIn Page, Google My Business Page, YouTube, Twitter, plus connect up to 7 different profiles.

do I get unlimited use of the members portal?

Yes, as soon as you join you’ll have full access to the tools, content, and all social content provided in the members portal.
